Saying Goodbye

Today is a rare day that I wore contact lenses.

I had a yummy Dim Sum at Chinatown with Benoit, and then went to watch Office Christmas Party at Cineplex cinema. I have met him for several times before, but when he told me he was moving back to his hometown soon and would be doing some little business with his brother, I was shocked! 

It was the weirdest and also the most scaring moment ever when you know you are not able to see someone from now on. Feels like you lose something?!

*SAME FEELING WITH MY FRENCH HOMESTAY MUM, I MISS HER SO MUCH! :(

After saying goodbye to Benoit, I met up my friend Julia and we had a Dongbei-style dinner together, and the food was so damn good! Then we headed back to her apartment, watched some drama and played with her dog.

Hello there! Hasn't been here for quite a long while. It's currently around 1:45 am and I don't feel sleepy yet, so I decide to write down something that has been going through my mind lately. Oh, first of all, hello 2020. And it is already March, I feel like I have been through so much already, and that's correct... I have been feeling anxious, worried and self-doubted quite often for the past few weeks.  A lot of things happened all within the same month and I still didn't believe that they actually happened. I had such high hope and was so excited about my vacation which was planned like 3 months ago, but due to the virus outbreak, a lot of my travel plans have been cancelled. After a super long-delayed and stressful journey flying back to Canada, I found out that I have been laid off from my work due to the workload shortage, so with that being said, oh I gotta restart everything and find a job. And yet, and I still couldn't mentally believe this happen...
